Life is a trip that we are taking. This voyage encompasses both laughter and sorrow, joy and grief. Time will tell how, when, where, and how we shall navigate our ship. Life is a battleground. In order to survive, we must find enjoyment even when we are battling and suffering. As stated by Swami Vivekananda, “You cannot teach a child any more than you can grow a plant. All you can do is on the negative side – you can only help. It is a manifestation from within; it develops its own nature – you can only take away obstructions”.
As a principal, an advice which I can offer is that parents should refrain from doing something which can have a detrimental effect on their kids. Parents should make sure that they don’t exhibit their frustrations on their children since it can hamper their mental wellbeing.
Following the unexpected death of our precious son, Sunny (2001), we decided to create a school (kindergarten) in his honour. Our school’s adventure began on January 25, 2004. It’s 2024 now. Our school has been open for about 21 years and currently has approximately 300 students. The school is successful because all the teachers and staff members have been our backbone. Today, our Sunnians are spread over the country’s many states, and we can proudly say that they also live in several other nations around the world. The parents of these children keep in touch with us and frequently make intelligent ideas to help our institution improve. The journey has not been easy from the beginning. There were numerous challenges, and when the pandemic struck, we lost our eldest daughter, Priyanka. She had scleroderma, a fatal sickness. We must say with tremendous sadness that the school has squandered the opportunity to have a wonderful mentor. Now that we are here, we’re tremendously grateful, especially to those of you who trusted us enough to entrust us with your children, your most valuable assets. We have grown throughout the years thanks to the assistance of our patrons. We are grateful to our instructors and staff for their ongoing support, hard work, and dedication. Sunny Pearls School is widely known for its harmony and teamwork. Our school magazine, The Journey, has already been published four times. It should be released on a yearly basis, we hope.

For several years, the school has organised an annual celebration to award prizes to outstanding students who have achieved success. Every year, a few chosen, exceptional members of our community win the Sunny Award, a unique category of accolades.
Our students, who range in age from 2 to 5, contributed vibrant sketches, poetry, and drawings to this magazine. It also includes a selection of photographs from prior school events, including “Go as You Like,” which will please everyone. The magazine’s collection of all these equivalent to a priceless present that should be treasured forever. Our readers can go “down memory lane” whenever they choose, products wherever they are.
We understand that neither Sunny nor Priyanka will return to us. Nonetheless, we strive to provide the greatest treatment for our Sunnians. We want them to grow into moral people who can illuminate the world with their light, just like many small lamps can. We will only be truly successful if they are successful.
